We do not directly store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

  • Content you create, upload, or schedule for publication (text, images, videos, documents)
  • Comments, feedback, and approvals within the platform

3.3 Social Media Platforms

When you use the Service to publish content, we transmit your content to the social media platforms you have connected. This sharing is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.

3.4 Workspace Members

Information you share within a workspace (such as posts, comments, and approvals) is visible to other members of that workspace according to the permissions set by workspace administrators.

3.5 Business Transfers

If Assembly Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

3.6 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, including:

  • Subpoenas, court orders, or legal process

3.7 With Your Employer or Organization

If you use the Service through an organization (such as your employer), the organization's administrators may have access to your account information and activity within their workspace.


4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Content: Posts, comments, and other content you create are retained as long as your account is active or until you delete them. Content published to third-party social media platforms remains on those platforms according to their retention policies.

Billing Records: We retain billing and transaction records as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Log Data: Server logs and technical data are typically retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.


5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Note that you cannot opt out of transactional communications related to your account or subscription.
